Hi, I’m Jess -

I’ve spent over two decades immersed in the practices of yoga, meditation, and nervous system healing — not because they were trendy, but because I was searching for something I couldn’t quite name

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself, your body, your path - to push through life achieving on the outside while inside feeling like you’re just barely holding on.

What I’ve learned is that real healing doesn’t come from bypassing the pain — or obsessing over it. It comes from learning how to be with yourself in a new way.

Now I help others do just that: reconnect with their inner experience, rewire survival patterns, and grow into a life that feels more authentic, embodied, and aligned with who they are and what they truly want.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching is a present-focused approach to real change. Instead of over-analyzing the past or getting stuck in the stories we tell ourselves, we use those narratives as doorways — into sensation, emotion, imagery, behavior, and meaning. These elements become entry points for awareness, regulation, and growth — helping your system expand its capacity to meet life with more presence and choice.

And while the word somatic might make it sound like this work is only about the body — it’s not.

This work includes all of you: what you sense, feel, imagine, believe, and how you move through the world.

Together we explore how stress and survival patterns are showing up now — and support your system in discovering a new way forward.

Through grounded conversation and simple nervous-system-informed practices, you’ll rebuild self-trust, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with your inner signals — not through force, but through presence.

This is where nervous system work becomes a doorway. 

Because when we reconnect with our inner experience — not just the body, but the full landscape of sensation, emotion, thought, and meaning — we don’t just regulate. We learn how to listen. We create the internal conditions for clarity to emerge — and build the capacity to follow through on what truly matters.

My approach blends nervous system education, body-based tools, and a reverence for the subtle energy that moves through you — not as a concept, but as a real, guiding force.
